With over a decade of hands-on leadership experience, Jericho Cedeno brings a unique blend of operational excellence, creative vision, and team-focused development to his role as Director of Operations in Marketing & Development.

Before stepping into the world of business leadership, Jericho spent nine years as a head sous chef, mastering the fast-paced dynamics of the kitchen while learning the value of discipline, teamwork, and innovation under pressure. His strong work ethic and people-first approach quickly propelled him into a leadership position where he was entrusted to run his own market — a milestone that led to multiple invitations to regional leadership meetings.

Jericho’s journey is anything but traditional. Despite leaving high school early, he’s built a career rooted in grit, passion, and a drive to create opportunities for others. Today, he’s focused on expanding new markets, developing future managers, and sharing the dream that transformed his own life.
